Ordering

Products can be ordered by mail, email or phone. We do not provide a shopping cart right now, but we are in the process of updating our website. Please bear with us! Many of our products require manufacturing and may not be immediately available if our stock is depleted due to a show or a run on a particular product.

We will notify you immediately on the availability of all products ordered. In the event we do not have a particular product in stock, we will inform you of this as well as the estimated time necessary to obtain or manufacture out of stock merchandise. Any product requiring manufacture may require additional waiting time. If products are not in stock, your money will be returned unless negotiated otherwise. We suggest ordering the products, and then providing payment after receiving confirmation and final cost figures from us.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks and bank checks in US funds only. Customers pay postage unless otherwise negotiated. Virginia residents must add 5.0% sales tax to all orders.

Shipping
We ship products by USPS, and occasionally by Fed Ex and USP. We can provide a quote for either form of delivery. Insurance is optional and can be provide upon request.

The purchaser is responsible for damages to custom terrain items damaged during shipment. We package products with care and techniques learned over five years of shipping our products. Optional insurance is available for all shipments and is recommended for terrain pieces and buildings.
